"Derek built a cottage for us in Southampton. He began by demolishing the original building; the demolition was done quickly and with no damage to the surrounding property. He was responsible for getting all permits and minor variations for the new building and did that well ahead of schedule. He then built the new cottage on schedule and on budget.
